The printing price is determined by the size of the image area as well as the quantity of the print to run. The image area is determined by the rectangle that encompasses the image from it’s left edge to it’s right, and from it’s top to it’s bottom. You can have as many spot colors as you desire, or you can have a full photograph image with or without spot colors also, and THERE ARE NO SCREEN CHARGES. White ink is not available via this printing method. Our digital prints are done with a special water-based ink, and they produce a very soft hand on the garment. Dependent on design, use white, natural, or ash shirts. Best results are achieved on good quality 6.1 oz, 100% cotton shirts. Prints on 50/50 are not quite as good as on cotton. All pricing assumes that we are given finished and useable art.

ART SPECIFICATIONS
File Types: We can create printed items using Adobe Illustrator (ai), Macromedia Freehand (fh), CorelDraw(cdr), Photoshop (psd), tif, most eps, and clean, high resolution jpg files. The software versions we are using are Illustrator C2, Freehand MX, CorelDraw 11, and Photoshop CS 2.
Image Resolution: Resolution is not an issue with 100% vector images. We can enlarge those images to your desired size. Bitmap images (jpg, tif, Photoshop, or bitmap saved as eps) should be at 300 ppi without up sampling and be at the size to be printed. Each time a jpg image is resaved, some quality is lost, and so multiple resaving of jpg image might reduce the image quality noticeably. Slightly lower Resolution images can be used, but they must be evaluated on a cased-by-case basis. Images at 72 dpi or images taken from web sites are not useable.
Computer Platform: We can use files created on a Mac or a PC. Except for some eps files, files created in the programs mentioned above are interchangeable between theses two computer platforms.
